It's a Christmas season family tradition for us to visit the Dickens' Fair at the Cow Palace. The venue is converted into the streets of Victorian London, complete with costumed acotrs and volunteers wandering around in costume playing various characters. Guests often also come in costume, such as this young boy enjoying a decidedly low-tech ride on a human-powered carousel.
