This is another specimen of malachite (a copper carbonate), the more usual very fine grained form. The view (about 0.5" wide) also includes the very blue mineral azurite, another copper carbonate but with a different structure and so a different color. The little domes of malachite are about 0.3 mm wide. I shot this in sunlight with a macro lens.
